You don't hear too many rhymes about rappers sniffing cocaine, do you? For sure, ganja is the drug of choice for hip-hop. But I just happened to catch some scenes of Scarface, and considering how infatuated rappers are with Scarface, it just made me wonder if rappers like Nas use the shit creatively to make themselves sound more "invincible" on record.
I've never used the stuff, as I'm pretty passionate about ganja being the only drug sanctioned by Jah... But I've heard it can give a person a feeling of invincibility and I could see how that might enhance a rappers creativity in the studio. Any thoughts?

there's plenty of rappers bragging about snorting blow in their lyrics, and even for those who don't it's a pretty common drug even for average joes into clubbing and partying, so i'm sure a lot more do blow, especially since it's known for keeping you awake longer, increasing your work ethic and shit

Dude was hittin like .217 and then was out of the league for a year... suddenly he comes back this year and was hittin over .300 at age 40. Turns out he was on adderall

makes sense...i once played basketball on adderrall and felt like i coulda been a starter for the lakers, no lie. i think it would give me an unfair advantage on the mic, but i'm all for that 8)
