I know theres already been a bunch of curtis threads but they are cluttered wit heaps of bullshit by now, & since the album jus dropped everywhere today I thought it could at least justify another thread haha. Since I'm sure some muahfuckas like myself who aint download the album wouldnt of participated in those threads & the ones that did download it well im sure u heard it a lot more by now to give better opinions.
Anyway I was initially dissapointed wit the album, though after listening to it a couple more times I'm really feelin' it. My favourite track has to be "I get Money" shit is insane, "have a baby by me baby become a millionaire/ ill write the cheque before the baby comes who the fuck care" that line is crazy, muahfucka is stanky ritch!!!!
Also I reckon "man down"is a real dope track, 50 on that street type a shit we first loved him for, pity about the censors but its still dope.
Overall I reckon the album is pretty dope, at least to bang the fuck out of in the whip.
Whats your opinions, favourite tracks etc...

WTF!!? you can't be serious.. even the biggest 50 dickrider must admit that this whole album doesn't even touch "in da club", let alone the whole "get rich.." album..

I think 50 is really on point, like I reckon his raps has even got better on heaps of the shit, just while good I don't think the production is anywhere near that on 50's first solo, tho it is my fave 50 cd at the moment cos its new!

By far his weakest album. Sounds very rushed. With that said it is a grower, AYO Technology is becoming the jam for me. I hear it in the club for the first time last week and that is the perfect club banger. Unique vibe to it.

As bad as some of the reviews have been for The Massacre, this album does not even come close to that one.

I listened to the album once when the grouprip dropped, but couldn't be bothered yet to listen to it again. Maybe this week.

His first 2 have better beats and rhymes to me. I ain't a hater because I think that. Hell I just spend my hard earned money on his album so I am entitled to have a opinion on it. Now that I think about it, I have bought all his albums. I just do not think it matches up with his earlier work. I can still bump it though.

u only call it shitty bcuz EVERYONE else is hating on it (and same wit tha next man, just like wen TI Vs TIP dropped- just bcuz AHH gave it a low rating it made everybody feel safe to call it a below average/dissapointing album- but in all reality it was one of tha best if not the best- next 2 Curtis album of 2007 underground and mainstream wise- besides UGK), wat more could u possibly expect from a 50/gunit album that wouldnt make u say "thats too far out tha box". he delivered that usual but harder 50 shit like he's been doin 4 years. tha only times he really got into a creativity square is wen he dropped "Baltimore Love Thing", and if u lookin 4 that tales from tha hood shit like Many Men, yea i guess u can say he lacked that on this album but, so wat.

i finally figured it out, it's bcuz u dont have any reflections of yourself when u hear albums like this, i aint mad atcha, u have ya own opinion and I have mine. but 2 call this a garbage album is ludacrus lol, no seriously tho it is, all tha smart comments u can make up cant make up 4 tha quality of this product bitch, gangsta music- hate it or love it (no pun intended)

usually 50 has an ear for this, but these no name producers just suck, and it doesn't help that Dre's beat is ass

better than the massacre, nowhere near as good as get rich or die tryin. bottom line, people hatin on 50 cent for the sake of hatin on 50 cent. i had zero expectations for this, but kept an open mind, and its not a bad release.
biggest problem with it is the 3 old-ass singles in the middle. totally kill any flow the album might have had.

yo I'm addicted to this shit now, I'm lovin the album, get rich or die tryin is probably easily better shit is just a classic none of his albums can really fuck wit that anymore, tho its easily on par wit the massacre if not better in my opinion. 50 is on point like a muthafucka, in my opinion he is hell under rated as a rapper.

Listen to it a couple times on his myspace, although it was edited i feel i can make a fair judgement. I will not be picking this up, nor do i see myself bumping it anytime in the future. It's a dud, and i'm not a 50 hater. I enjoy Kanye's new album though. He's evolving as an artist, 50 is doing the total opposite which makes him sound very stale and uninteresting. He'll probably get big sales though i doubt nothing compared to his previous two albums,
