Album is very good, in my opinion.
Most of the haters on this forum will probably not even listen to it, but I recommend giving it a try. One of the best releases from the Outlawz in years, easily the best thing they dropped since Perfect Timing.
Noble continues to improve and EDI is more inspired than usual. The production on this album is much better than usual for the Lawz. I guess that with the Tupac movie coming out, they found some investors and had a bigger budget for this album.
I recommend buying the album, it's worth the $10.

I just bought it on iTunes. Didn't bother to stream it beforehand. You can listen to the samples on iTunes to see if you like it.
Best songs on the album are So Much Pain, God's Plan, So Amazing, and Revenge. Outlawz Worldwide is nice too.
