No More West Side Hype Radio

DJ Skee Previews Snoop Dogg Blue Carpet Treatment Mixtape

 Last week we broke the news of 3 of the top DJs, DJ Whoo Kid, DJ Drama, and DJ Skee coming together to release a monumental project featuring the boss Snoop Dogg. The trio worked together to formulate "The Blue Carpet Treatment" Mixtape, which contains exclusive, never-before-heard freestyles and acapellas from Snoop, along with a mixture of featured artists and exclusive previews of tracks from his forthcoming album "Tha Blue Carpet Treatment".

This past Saturday DJ Skee occupied the 2nd hour of his Westside Hype Radio show on Sirius to preview the upcoming mixtape, giving the world a first sneak peak at the project before it hits the streets. In related news, Skee announced that next week will be the final broadcast of Westside Hype, and would be going out with a bang with a major anniversary show.

Skee is most likely moving on to something new..... He's eluded to me in the past that he has had something big in the works.. We'll have to see what he says this week...

yea he has bigger plans, he's not stopping the radio thing, he's revamping it so to speak!
