Here are the numbers from CNN's website...
There have been 740 coalition deaths, 637 Americans, 59 Britons, five Bulgarians, one Dane, one Estonian, 17 Italians, two Poles, one Salvadoran, 11 Spaniards, two Thai and four Ukrainians, in the war as of April 7, 2004. The list below reflects the names of the soldiers, Marines, airmen and sailors whose families have been notified of their deaths by each country's government. There have been 3,457 U.S. troops wounded in the war, according to the Pentagon.
...Keep in mind, these are numbers from the Pentagon, and also they do not reveal soldiers who have defected or commited suicide.

LOL You just single-handedly fucked up the entire premise of this post, good job!
You're safer in Iraq than in Chicago!!!

Yes, but did we put the people dying in Chicago in the position to be killed? Did we put them in the middle of the danger? Are they dying so that other people can make money off oil contracts? Are they dying so that other people can make money off reconstruction contracts?

It is really sad. A 21 year old soldier from my town who had just gotten engaged was killed two weeks ago and they just had his funeral. When they had his funeral procession from the funeral home to the cemetary, everybody in town lined the route and waved American flags as the hearse drove by. When I saw that on TV I had tears in my eyes.

That's sad. A lot of innocent soldiers are being killed. RIP.
Do you really think it's worth trying to "liberate" people who obviously don't want to be "liberated" ?

Sonned?
What does that even mean? Is that some new "Shemale" thing?
Listen, When you enter the military, you agree to put yourself in a dangerous position.
In Chicago, you have a .0002237% chance of getting killed...
In Iraq, you have a .0049% chance of getting killed...
IMO, that's pretty fucking good for a war zone.
Take a look back at WW1, WW2, Korea, and Vietnam casuality numbers...
MORON.

Then we should all drive to work in tanks and where bullet proof vest :o
lol changing the form of the numbers in your favor...nothing else in Oregon to do ;D
150,000 soldiers 647 deaths
3,000,000 civilians 648 deaths
thats it plain and simple ;)
I bet the majority of the civilian deaths are African Americans.

Changing the numbers in my favor?
