I'm a big fan of all the joints Pac did with Stretch. I don't know what tracks he did solo, but it seemed like they had a great vibe and they had some deeper spiritual connect....Tracks like, "God Bless The Dead" off the Greatest Hits album or "Pain" or "Stay True" off Thug Life, and a dozen or so more I can't recall off the top of my head maybe someone can post a list.

That's weird as shit...sounds like a Stretch verse alright. Could it be that Stretch was ghost-writing for Puffy and Bad Boy at this time? It would make sense, since Pac suspected Stretch of being tight with Bad Boy. This could help explain why Pac thought the Quad studios shooting was a set up arranged by Stretch and Puff.

Suspecting him of being tight with Bad Boy? He WAS tight with Bad Boy. He's admitted it. Whether or not, Bad Boy was involved with the robbery is the question but it's known fact that Stretch was cool with Biggie, hence why he and Pac were not cool before he died.

This is why Pac is on the spiritual level of the Prophet. It's like in the Da Vinci Code when artist Leonardo Da Vinci leaves clues in the last supper alluding to Jesus lack of divinity, his affair with Mary Magdalene/her being the Holy Grail... people are still finding clues left in Da Vinci's art, just like 2pac's art it leaves forever

Based on the information about the Quad studio shooting that has come to light, my guess is that Stretch genuinely was guilty and that is why no further information about him has come forward. Besides Pac, no one wants to diss a dead man.
Pac really must have believed that Stretch betrayed him, because he had nothing to gain from dissing someone who was virtually unknown. To diss Biggie was to target one of the biggest names in rap music at the time. But sending subliminal disses at a dead man, Stretch, is obviously not something Pac did to sell records. Deep down, he believed Stretch set him up, and he might have been right, since one of the shooters' relationship with Biggie and Bad Boy has been confirmed.

How do you know that Pac recorded "Holla At Me" before he was on Death Row? In the song, he talks about being set up and going to jail, so the song could not have been recorded until Pac's rape trial. When did Pac record music between jail and Death Row?

What was the name of one of the only singles that Stretch (i.e, Live Squad) released? HEARTLESS, in 1992. Obviously Pac is talking to many people on this song, but "Heartless on your hits" brings Stretch into the general picture of people who betrayed him, shot him, dissed him then called for peace, etc.

the owner is Mr. Matt who I lost touch with a few years ago but I helped him with mad lyrics and discography on that shit. I mean Matt did all the website work itself but a large chunk of the information on that site came from my nerdy 18 year old self doing lots of digging online. fact: Stretch produced multiple songs with Big Syke on them but never rapped alongside Syke on a song
another fact: Stretch was hanging with Nas the night he died. He dropped Nas off and then his own brother Majesty off and was gunned down after.
last fact: the Live Squad and their crew got into a HUGE brawl with the Double XX posse at NY's famous Wetlands back in 1993. Pharcyde was there that night too. No idea if Pac was there but i'd almost be surprised if he wasn't.
