I know yall probably hate on me for saying this but I think its a really nice track.

It has a very nice R&B beat. Who produced it? Is it Neptunes?

i think Nelly is making a complte fool of himself, and i think the song sux, and when I see the vidoe makes me understand how fake they are..

N'sync is trying to get respect and acting like they r from the stretet, and Nelly just wanna get popular..

Yup.  This is a Neptunes track.  Can't say it's my taste, but I can see it selling 12 millions copies.
