the only thing that REALLY pisses me off with this whole RIAA and DMCA shit, is the fact that if I buy a cd with copy protection on it then:

1) i have to use a shitty player on the cd to listen to the cd when i'm on my computer/laptop etc

2) i cant listen to it in mp3 form on an ipod

im ok now, since i got the mp3s, but it should be your choice wether you want to make it mp3'd or not

it's called a discman... two AA batteries and a decent pair of headphones and you're more than set

Or you can use something that takes zero batteries and doesn't skip.
If buy an album and want it on my iPod I'll just download it from mIRC, it's faster than ripping it if it's a newer release.
