Title: a question bout splittin an mp3 file

does anyone know how to split an mp3 track which includes 2 tracks into seperate files, its pissin me off that when listnin to G-Deps album for example it has let's get it remix as a hidden track and it is in the same mp3 as the last song on the album, does anyome know how to split em?

major props for that, im gonna go through my whole i tunes library and see what needs changing now 8)
