when i goto profile info ir gives me this error...

An Error Has Occurred!
2: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/rollinon/public_html/dubcc/forum/yabbse/YaBBImages/avatars/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/httpd/vhosts/dubcc.com/httpdocs:/tmp)

the sig pic works, but the frame pic doesnt... ures isnt up either...
