i always heard this song here and there, but when i checked out B2K's top 25 countdown on BET I finally found out the name of this song, damn
with high school winding down, this song hits me right in the heart.................

The last time I seen him, he was freestyling against someone on The Source Sound Lab show. His album dropped in '94/'95. Around that time can't remember fa sho.

Everything I've ever heard from dogg sounds dope. I downloaded 4-5 of his tracks a few months ago, all dope. He's like Skee-Lo, way underated and slept on.

Ya'll should check Ahmad as part of the original Golden state warriors with Ras Kass and Saafir on a song called Comewiddit. The song is about 7 years old; there is also a rmx done by a young Fred Wreck...
As for Ahmad, he has turned religious, and has a group with his wife(she can sing AND rap) and another male MC. Don't worry, it isn't overly religious. The group is called 4th Avenue Jones, and there is even a song called BACK N THE DAY 2 on there you guys should check out...

yeah back in tha days is a dope summer time jam! but does anyone got the remix that was on the wood soundtrack that sampled the classic joint by Delegation "oh honey", 2Pac also sampled this in the cuz i had 2 rmx,,,,,someone get at me 4 a reward if u got this ahmad rmx
