I know its early but in my first week of the diet I didnt lose a fuckin pound, FUCK!!! I guess that ice cream at Fresh Choice yesterday didnt help. I didnt have any soda or fast food this week but I still ate to much. I need to make more improvements this week

Here a recommendation if u are serious about losing weight. Fitday.com has a good calorie counter and has most foods stored in the database. It even breaks down macronutrients into percentages and does the dirty work

For some because their body is readjusting. For me, I'll lose 5-8 pounds whenever I start a diet.

Just run your ass a couple miles. If you can't run, walk it. Just get your shit moving for about 30 mins and your metabolism should be firing nicely.

Yup, you exercise on the regular and the weight falls off. There was a time when I gave up on dieting, but still kept my workout/running schedule and I still lost weight and bulked up. Diet is still 75% of it though.

Rick Carlisle prolly tells his players that youve got to make sacrifices to win games (I know Sam Mitchell does), so maybe next time the Pacers are on, try going out for a run instead of watching the first quarter, or first half. Not tryin to preach to ya, just a lil motivation for ya. Either way, you still get to watch the second half ;)

You should focus on proteins and not eat lipids, glucose and sugar. That's what i did, and i lost 9 pounds in 13 days, not bad. I've not cheated though, and i do not eat more than 800 calories a day. I also drink a lot of water. It's easy for me though my mother always been eating some healthy shit i just eat the same shit : Skim milk, No sugar bread, i weight every protein i eat. And i do go to the gym 3-4 times a week

i lost 2 stone over the course of 8 months ive started this diet again t0 get my self cut up for the summer im a big fella at my heaviest i weighed 17 stone im currently at 15 .5 gonna get to 14.5 before may
this is my technique
breakfast 350 calories
lunch 150 including drinks 15 calorie bottles of ribena bluberry ;D
dinner 800 calories total
try to keep under 10 thousand cal a week
cereal for breakfast at 9 weetabix crunchy minis
lunch /snack i lunch at 12/1 and snack at 3
mixed veg with steam chicken potatoes leek spring onion etc you can buy frozen veg which i use wen i cant be asked to cook fresh the meat is essential to this cos it doesnt taste nice on its own add black pepper at the end
gym half past 4 gym 2 hours 30 min treadmill the rest im on the weights
dinner watever made at home which is guaranteed to be meat lol i take out and put in the steamer
a few tips make the steamer your best friend it the best way to eat
mon to fri ^^^

i lost 15 pounds about 3 months. Tip: work out upper body/chest 2 days a week and legs/running 2 days a week.

Last Summer I Went On A Diet. I Weighed Like 190 and I'm 6'0 tall. I Hit Up 24 Hour Fitnes M-F. I Hit The Treadmill for 30 min., weight lifting for one hour and Handball for another hour. I Ate Strictly healthy shit. no sodas, no fried food, no mayo, cheese, shit like that. I lost 30 pounds In 2 1/2 months. I Got down to 160. Then I Cancelled my gym membership. and I got fat again. I'm trying to lose wight again though. In 3 weeks, I've lost 5 pounds. I'm Back to 171. I'm Ony 11 Pounds away.

For the past month I've been running 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. I was planning on dropping to 3 days a week once I met my goals, but I might just do what you're saying and alternate my cardio and weight lifting days.

I haven't been lifting consistantly because of anxiety attacks. I never had them before 2 weeks ago. Its weird. I went to the hospital twice from it in a week. They did blood tests an ecg and chest x ray and found nothing so its not heart related. I know it is anxiety related chest pains because it convienently happened a few dayhs after I got layed of from work and started back up after I got arrested on Saturday. I gained like 5 lbs from just not working out as much.

thats too much running if you trying to bulk and tone try 2 days running 3 days weights with 2 days rest or add another day of weight training and 1 day rest
