I propably was thinking about main character Terry Crews typing this topic LOL, sorry guys. I will upload one song because of that :P

There are 3 new songs from what I see:
Dj Quik & Julian "Oktane" Brown - Same Old Shit Feat. Jamila Velazquez
Dj Quik - Hyperspace instrumental
Dj Quik - Checking for you
-
Dj Quik - Hyperspace instrumental
From the title track alone, I have a feeling this is going to be some fonky shit. I can't wait.
Reminds me of 'Jupiter's Critic And The Mind Of Mars' of Blaqkout.

The movie is out by the way
First Quik song is in the opening credits, theres a few instrumental scores throught the begining of the movie especially around the 11 min mark, and theres another Quik song when Terry Crews is in the drugstore.
I've only got through 25 minutes of the film but thats what I've heard so far.

Yo bro, you got these songs? You mentioned you were gonna drop one
I've ripped them from the audio of the movie but its off my phone so not great edits/quality
DJ Quik Feat. Julian "Oktane" Brown, Jamila Velazquez - Same Old Shit (Full with score intro)

DJ Quik Feat. Julian "Oktane" Brown, Jamila Velazquez - Same Old Shit (Edit)

DJ Quik - Hyperspace (Instrumental)

Not sure if the last song is the Hyperspace instrumental but it sounds like Quik and actually sounds very close to his unreleased "Fresher Than Me" beat

Yo, you got better rips than the ones I already uploaded?
Would like to hear them in full, can't find the soundtrack/score online to buy so far so would appreciate better versions, G
-
I will also drop rip so don't have so big expectations about quality. In the other hand I don't know if there ever will be full version - you know Quik.
-
Quik’s flow and rhymes need some help.

Hyperspace sounds like something Battlecat would've done. And it's good to get a new verse from Quik - I find his old tales from Compton are quite enjoyable to listen to.

Someone likes this song? Really? I remember this song getting heavily criticised at the time for being disappointing for fans, and not necessarily for it not fitting in with his signature style we all know, but because it was a bizarre sound

Haha. Yep! I sure do like it! The lyrics/vocals are tongue in cheek, the sounds are weird and I get the feeling it's him paying homage to the funksters that came before him. Just some spaced out shit. I find myself going back to the Blaqkout project just to listen to this track alone.
It's not Quik's signature sound I guess - but at least he's been experimental at times, and I'm not mad at that.

Could you recommend some tool for ripping this songs? On PC?
