Yeah the refs had 3-4 absurd calls pro-Wade, but i've seen worse officiated games. The truth is that we deserved a 20 points defeat tonight.
Not to mention the fact we played an horrible defence.
SMUSH = he's far from being the player he was last season. he's playing horrible.
KOBE = off-night.
WALTON = he can't defend. he's a great player with the ball on his hands, but he should step up defensively too.
COOK = soft hands. but that's it. he doesnt rebound, he doesnt defend, he doesnt play team d. nothing more than a good role player.
BROWN = damn, he can do it all. but he just doesn't.
FARMAR = he should start over Parker.
VUJACIC = Farmar+Vujacic is a good combo. But he doesn't defend, so when the 3's aren't going in, he's horrible.
EVANS = he can defend, he can shoot from 3pts, but he had an off-night too.
BYNUM = Mouring schooled him. But i've rarely seen a CENTER improving so much from the previous year. The legacy.
TURIAF = i'll never talk bad about him. he plays with passion, and i love players like him.
RADMANOVIC = too slow on defence, to soft. and the 3's aint going in. shit, i'm worried. we spent 30 mills on him.
That said, i'm more than excited about how the team could improve, being so young. I'm excited because this team really needs just a step, a Rasheed Wallace move, and it's contender. Damn, if only KG could come here without us being forced to trade Bynum........

So i don't know if we have to wait a pair of years or if we're already in a situation where we can really contend and try to win the title for real. I don't know if it's better to wait for those players to get experience or if we should make a Rasheed type of move to try to win the title this year. But i'm not worried at all. The team is very very young, skilled, with a deep bench, with a great offensive flow. We gotta play better d, and we miss Odom. But i think this year we're a good team.

We didn't touch that team, and we added Farmar and Radmanovic. How can we have a worse year? I think we have a team capable of going into the Western Conference Semi's for sure. And once you reach them.........

But if you paid attention, most analysts had us missing the playoffs again this year before the season started, claiming we made no improvements etc. etc. That's why I think winning the championship this year (which I believe there's a chance, seeing how we played at full strength vs. San Antonio) will be the sweetest ever...I don't think we need to make any moves, just improve on our weaknesses through chemistry and experience, because we're pretty much unstoppable when we get it together...PeACe

You'll be happy to know that Odom's injury has changed my mind big time. After seeing us struggle to win without him I see just how valuable he is to the triangle.
Odom > Artest, Marion, AK47 (although I still think he's the better all around player when 100% healthy)

It was a very bad game for us at both ends of the floor, we never were in the ball-game imo, easily the worst this year... well a NBA season is 82 games so we know each team goes through ups and downs.. you can't judge any of player levels on that game, regarding the fact I watched 20 games this year and I know we can do a lot better.. I just ask myself a question and can anybody give me a valid answer , WHY THE FUCK TURIAF DOESN'T PLAY MORE ??

That's a good question. I was wondering if maybe it's a health thing, cuz sometimes we'll see Turiaf coming up with a big game, then he'll get a DNP for the next couple games. He got his minutes yesterday though, it's the game after he plays heavy minutes I'm more concerned about...

i was watching Kobe's Defense on Wade, man wtf was Kobe doing the whole night? Everyone talks about his Defense being so good but Wade dropped 40 on him and the lakers.
I like how many say Kobe > Jordan but if my memory serves me right,
Jordan with a fever of 103 degrees against the Jazz in 97 finals, scores 38 points, 15 in fourth, and hit 3-pointer with 25 secs to give the Bulls the lead and win.
Kobe with Flu against Heat (without Shaq) 4-20 FGs, 16 points and gets railed by Wade 40 points on 12-20 shooting & 15-16 from the line, not to mention that great spin move to split Kobe's great Defense.

I didnt see much of the game but I was pretty surprised the Heat won the game. I think its obvious the Lakers are a better team and will end up going farther then the Heat this year. Outside of James Posey no one on MIA impresses me defensively, yeah Mouring blocks shots but he doesnt move fast enough anymore to be considered a real good defender IMO. I have not been impressed at all with Miami this year regardless of the fact Shaq is out.
