That album always slips my mind. It was pretty tight though, but to me College Dropout takes the cake.

Bold Prediction: The 213 album will be the forum's favorite album of the year, probably due to Nate alone. I don't care what some people think, those songs we have heard from them so far are dope.

Uh, Storm, Kanye might not be the most lyrical cat, but at least he talks about relevant issues half the time, and his music SOUNDS good.  Ya, all he does is sample, but thats all Dre did on the Chronic and no one complained .......and no, i am not comparing College Dropout to Chronic.
