Watts rapper Jay Rock is back with a huge single for his solo album "Follow Me Home"! He reached out to Lil Wayne to come jump on the song "All My Life" with him, which is produced by Cool & Dre.

I hadn't listened to the unmixed version, so this song is totally new to me...
Jay Rock spits some nice verses. Lil Wayne stepped his game up for this track and he doesn't annoy me for a change. The production is dope and the song sounds very clean. Very good song! :)

Yeah it does, man. If Wayne's parts were e-mailed they did a damn good job putting this song together. If they were indeed in the studio together, it only goes to show how important it is for artists to be in the studio together if they wanna make a good song together.

WOW what a world of difference between this joint and the unmixed one. Quik is that good man. Track is a banger, and they BETTER push this. shoot a high budget video, etc. the whole story. lets get it done, this can be a huge hit.

that Christina Milian song "Say I" also sounds kinda alike; same drums/pattern/melody. It's a typical Cool&Dre sound, especially with the characteristic hihats.

The unmixed version on XXL whet my appetite, and this one really delivers.
I guess its just my west coast bias, but I really don't see what the big deal is about Wayne. Both artists dropped nice verses, but I like Jay Rocks better.
This song is going directly on repeat, and Follow me home will be the first album I've purchased since WC's...

Track is tight as fuck and who gives a damn if it sounds like a typical Cool & Dre beat... those beats seem to make great radio singles so it shouldn't really matter.
Jay Rock kinda sounds like Game on this track and so I was thinking it would be cool to hear a remix version with just Jay Rock & Game on it.

I gave this song one spin yesterday night but then I had to go offline all of a sudden, but that melody kept playing on in my mind for the rest of the night 8) That's not always a good thing - catchy songs are not necessarily good songs - but this one sounds banging.
I still don't see what all the hype is about Lil' Wayne. I just can't stand his voice I think...
Anyway, this song got some commercial potential for sure. If they push this right (with a good video) this song has got a fair chance of getting major airplay.

What a difference with the unmixed version. This is really one of the best songs that came out the last few months. It's been a quite while I had a song on repeat for two days. Who knows I'll be sick of it tomorrow, but until then I at least had a track that I could listen to over and over again. That's a rarity these days.

I'm loving the track. I don't listen Wayne myself but on this one he was amazing. Admittedly the beat has a strong bass and percussion line which is similar to Hate It Or Love It, but the beat itself doesn't resemble Hate It Or Love It much. Little did I care about Jay Rock until I heard this song, now I'm waiting for his upcoming album. Much success to Jay Rock.
