In other news: 50 Cent says he plans to record just two more albums before retiring from the limelight. Speaking to BBC Radio 1 while on promotional duties for his first major feature film 'Get Rich Or Die Tryin', he says he isn't sure on his future plans, but hopes to stay in the music industry and work behind the scenes in the same way his mentor Dr. Dre does.
"I can tell you now you're only gonna get two more albums from me, he said. "I'm gonna fulfil my album requirements, with Shady Aftermath records, and then I'm not sure what I'm gonna do. "I'm not sure I'm gonna be working in films afterwards," he adds, when quizzed over a possible Hollywood career. "I think I wanna stay in the music business, just behind the scenes."
And speaking on the subject of Eminem, 50 adds, "I don't think Em will be performing again. I think, maybe, I can get him to make a record with me. But I'm not sure he'll make a record by himself again."

If they're as weak as The Massacre, he might as well retire right now.

They all say they will retire but their egos wont take it.

2 albums means he will be around for another 5 years
-
Retire after 2 albums? Yeah fuckin' right. This dude's so money hungry he'll never retire. We'll be hearing those So Seductives and Candy Shops until the man dies.
-
wish the fuck would retire today damn it
-
Based on the success of his movie I don't see him lasting for more than 2 mire albums anyway. Unless he somehow can reinvent himself.
-
Wish the homie got shot

Two more albums? He could go the Eminem route; drop 1 more and then do a "greatest hits" with a few new tracks on it. That would mean he'd be retired by 2008. His empire is dying anyway. If he was a smart motherfucker, he would retire straight away. Anything he'll do from now on will be less successful than what he's done before. Unless he reinvents himself, which does not seem very likely.
