Man, that is low. I don't think he was selling that low when he did his first 2 albums. I think 40 Dayz did like 100 thousand or something.

what he's gonna do total, would be considered a flop for a 1st week sale #.

Dayam this is officially the lowest selling X album

What sucks is that its a really good album but ppl dont buy albums anymore.  Also cuz of his voice, people will never like him as their favorite artist even though he has really good lyrics.

I personally liked his voice from speed of life and 40 dayz 40 nights

Man, record sales are the FUCK down nowadays. You'd expect Xzibit's name alone to push decent units, but guess not.

we should start doing download counts. People are no longer going to Best Buy to buy a CD when they can chill at home and DL it to their iPod.

I think things like iTunes already are accounted for, as "electronic sales" or something, as far as I know.

I love Xzibit's voice.

BTW, embarrassing numbers. What is going on with hiphop heads today?

SoundScan includes digital downloads in their sales figures.

theres so many hip hop albums out every week the consumer is swamped. Add the fact of poor promotion and been able to download it for free. Its still real dissapointing for Xzibit. Glad to say i bought it.

other than bootlegging, I think people might be underestimating how bad his single was

"Concentrate" was a horrible choice, nobody liked that shit, and if you did you forced yourself to like it

lots of people probably heard that shit and were turned off real quick

Alot of people also did not know that the album was coming out. That and like wc said Concentrate is a bad single. Good album but alot of things not going on for this album to do any damage on the charts.

he didn't have any intensity either

why didn't he come like he did on Game's album, or that track on Crazy Toones mixtape

I hate seeing emcee's like Xzibit come up short in sales.  I know it's not because of his lack of skill or production.  X deserves to do those big numbers.  Somethings gotta happen.

that's what he deserve for not making that bangin ass music he is able to make. half his albums are dope, and half is pure shit.

I already know his answer ( in like 1 year from now)to the question "ur album didnt sell as expected isn't it?"

X:"u know sells means nothing nowadays"

LOL

Only losers can/could answer that .... in real a naive attempt to cover up the whole selling failure

As far as im concerned i didn't find this album that brillant,so i dont buy point blank.
