please, help me!

i know that for Onyx shut em down the 2 disc promo version, there was a SURVIVAL OF THE ILLEST vol. 2 promo cd

DMX's it's dark and hell's 2 disc version got tha vol 1. promo cd.

And wich album got the SURVIVAL OF THE ILLEST promo vol 3.?!?!

Vol. 3 was included with Def Squad's El Nino album.
