wasnt he in contract wit jt
-
He probably want a cut off the album sales now that he can't release his own stuff.
-
Unless game signed something stating he gives up ALL copyrights, royalties, and ownership of ALL his previous material, he can sue they asses. As soon as you create something, regardless if it came out your ass and fell in the toilet, it has a copyright, and is owned by you (submitting it to DC only gets you the certificate and means you have the gov. to back up your claim of any copyright infringement). So him winning is going to be up to how much work his legal team is willing to put in on this. Most likely Koch will settle (if the Game wasnt dumb enough to sign a contract like that)...

Why is he suing them?
-
if they owe him money or anything else that“s not included in his contract with JT then of couse he“s gonna sue them.
-
my last name is koch 8)

^ that explains alot :D

He probably is suing them for somethin like that...but in many cases in the music business, the people who represent artists are more eager to sue companies than the artist themselves. Even though she wasn't an artist, Rosa Parks people were tryin to sue outkast for the "Rosa Parks" song, and she had no idea about it and didn't even care much about it.

HaHa. That's funny. I'm taking a law class this semester and people will sue for anything these days.

That is who JT's record label is now distrubuted through. Most people sue the one that has all the money. JT has made decent money off of the 3 albums so might as well sue.
