Im in the process of losing weight so this is all I had today.
2 Egg rolls totaling 280 calories
alot of water
glass and a half of gatorade
One slab of Ham, small salad with light ranch, and 1 small serving of stuffing
then a protein bar after the gym

losin weight thats good
but you are also losing alot of muscle mass
if you workin out you should be eating atleast 2000-3000
but thats good if you tryin to cut weight either way
