lol you're like my buddy from work, we'll go work out and after we're done he'll leave the gym and go "hey i'm going to meet my girlfriend for pizza, WANNA GO?"

2 Hot Dogs+Doritos+Minute Maid Coolers Tropical Punch

but I have dank double fudge brownie ice cream for dessert...and I have the munchies...haha  8)

Im in the process of losing weight so this is all I had today.

2 Egg rolls totaling 280 calories
alot of water
glass and a half of gatorade
One slab of Ham,  small salad with light ranch, and 1 small serving of stuffing
then a protein bar after the gym

losin weight thats good
but you are also losing alot of muscle mass
if you workin out you should be eating atleast 2000-3000
but thats good if you tryin to cut weight either way
