There's some tracks I really like but he is overrated as fuck in my oppinion.

I don't think u can blame him for the weak releases after his death though.

What I don't get is that some people be talking like he was Thug no 1 and shit, neither do I think nearly everything he said was real.
Every Rapper talks shit sometimes and so did pac.
What I don't like about his music much of the production and all'em RnB hooks like Danny Boys (can't stand this dude).

Most people here in NYC hated 2pac when he went to Death Row, Biggie had NYC on lock back then...The radio stations hardly ever played him then all of a sudden the nigga dies and everybody became a fan again...
