Sometimes this marketing feature can work well.For example the movie and documentary with bisd was worth it.BUt other time it has me scratching my head thinking what was the point?The stuff on the dvd wasnt even worth the cost of manufacturing it.I wanted to give kid cudis album another chance so i borrow my friends deluxe edition with the dvd.The 12 minute video was extremely pointless.It featured him saying about four sentences filled with gems like I dont sell records,i sell hope,then 3 minutes of instrumentals in between each couple of sentences with slowed down footage of concerts.Then another 9 minute video about him quitting his job at bape then touring australia.It gives you that information in text at the start then amounts to videos of him walking around with an instrumental playing.I dont get who would ever think this worth making.

I thought the video of the golf shit was kinda funny lol but yeah I actually was thinking that the DVD was somewhat pointless

Not to say cudi is the only one.Tons of these dvds are featured on cds these days that are so fucking pointless.

i remember thinking the same thing when i bought Tech N9nes Absolute Power and it came with the dvd and when Daz's DPGC you know what im throwing up dvd came out

The DVD that came with Yayos "Thoughts Of A Predicate Felon" was dope, interviews with cats from his hood, the rest of g unit, studio footage. Also Games "Documentary" dvd was dope. G Unit are on point when it comes to DVD bonuses, I'm still tryna track down the one from Banks' album...
I've got that Cudi album but am yet to watch the dvd, don't feel the need to now lol...

The DVD that came with the D12 World cd I remember was very useless. And that was back when Em still had some juice, because it was before Encore came out.

They all make good coasters. The only one I liked was the mini movie that Andre Nickatina made and included with on of his albums. It was cool.
