Satan gets too busy with his war on God, frankly, when's the last time you seen him rob a bank. Besides, he gave us Spawn so how evil could he really be. Not as evil as the Joker.

I don't know, I can see Joker killing a pregnant Harley, or at least letting her die. Vince on the other hand ruins peoples lives and sets them up to be millionaires who die broke.
This one is tough, but I heard McMahon loved Pat Patterson 'cause he literately let he sucked his dick. So this is going to be a interesting thinking.

I think Hannibal Lecter is the baddest villain. The scene in Hannibal where makes Ray Liotta's character eat his own brain is epic. Plus, at the end of it all, he doesn't get caught or get killed.

the joker seems to be my top pick especially since whether it was a kids cartoon or a movie the dude was crazy.
but on my other lists of villains that I always seem to root for are:

Michael Myers
Hannibal Lecter (the books are better imo)
