Yea it was tough to decide between the 2. I know Stalin killed more but they way Saddam did things was worse. Saddam would torture parents in front of their kids and vice versa, fuckin disgusting.

if you overlook the whole murderous , genocididal, trying to take over the world aspects of hitler's reign , he was a pretty damn good leader,the little fucker had ALOT of misplaced and unjustified hate and goals but he took that country out of a grand depression and boosted the economy. hell and everytime you see a VW bug u got hitler to thank for that

He killed and starved nearly 8 million of his own people. Had over 40 massive estates, some he never even set foot in,each with a private harem of the hottests bitches in his country! Motivated a whole generation of kids to go around killing his enemies during The Cultural Revolution.

huh? bush hasn't gotten us out of a depression, he's helped lead us into the greatest national debt and hasn't stimulated our economy.
also you can't say he's led us in anything...it's more of his administration

Stalin - responsible for tens of millions of deaths, torture, years at gulag work camps in siberia, the ellimination of the soviet intelligentsia, starvation, deprivation, etc. However, Stalin made the Soviet Union into a world power, and it is also likely that HItler would have been able to conquer the eastern front if Stalin hadn't been the leader at the time.
Lots of dictators can be seen as bastards because they use any means necessary to get to where they wanna be. \
