Damn, westcoast I really like this beat (just heard the track). Quite experimental from Dre, sounds like Get You Some from Busta.
-
the thing that turns me off of it is the strings
I hope this is a leftover beat
they aren't gonna push hard with this guy are they?
-
I really like the string sound, matter of taste I guess.
About Stat Quo, I think they signed him just because the South is "in". But if they made Game develop, they can do it with Stat too.

I also love the beat and I'm actually looking for stat's album to see what he can do.
-
I've probably heard 50 or more Stat Quo songs trying to like him but he sucks. He has no punchlines whatsoever even most of his mixtape with Chamillionaire is unlistenable
-
Stat Quo was always weak. Even when the Dre groupies were throwing their panties at him and calling him the next big thing.
He's at Spider Loc status......okay, I won't go that far.

Hot track, and better than I expected.
Also, I think people are being too harsh on Stat. For one, this is a club single (it's not like Stat is going to come on some battling/conscience shit on here). Two, his flow was just fine for a commercial single, as a manner of fact it's better than most people's shit today. Look at the content on "In Da Club" or "How We Do". How is this any differrent as far as a commercial club track?
