I was wondering if you are in shape..meaning..not too fat..or slim. I was just wondering.
I'm in average but i'm starting to cardio again. What about you? You feel like you need exercise?

I was a pudgy ass little kid. I was never the type to sit around, eat bon bons and cry about how it's my parent's fault like many fat fucks. I lost mad weight when I hit puberty. My highest weight at oe point in time was probably near the 190-200 lbs mark. It wasn't really the high point in my life, but shit got settled, and I started getting back on the health tip. Now I'm in the 155-160 range. I could lose another 5-10 pounds of fat and replace it with some muscle and it would be all to the good. I'm 5'9 by the way.

Exactly man, and I hate them too. Now if they choose to be that way, so be it. The ones that have the nerve to sue McDoald's or try to make society conform to their way of living are the ones I got disgust for. It's not hard to make a change. I made a change because I realized I was in that state for 3 reasons:
1. Lack of will power
2. Laziness
3. Ignorance
There was some other shit goin on at the time, but that's life. Once I changed those three things, got off my ass, stopped eating bad foods, and read up on what a healthy diet consists of, the weight fell off.

As for the question of obesity thankfully I am not fat, although up to the age of 6 i was on the heavy side. I am just fortunate that I have a very good metabolism, however i dont agree that all fat people are lazy or eat too much, for some it is inherent in the genes and for others it is simply that their metabolism is very slow. Of course there are just obese eaters and i really cant stand sitting on a train with a very fat person sat very close by it does make me feel quite sick. There is a middle aged man who lives only 10km from here and he is easily in excess of 300lbs, considering he is about 5'9 to, that is just disgusting lol.

Why? ... because it's a simple fact that if you eat less than you burn in calories, you lose weight. Fat, protein, carbs, whatever the fuck, if you eat less calories than you expend, you will lose weight. It's as simple as addition.
