Word it was good for a week or so.
Personally i think he shoulda brough business out as the opening single, and maybe not even included WITHOUT ME on the album. But hes makin the cash out of it... So good for him.
-
business, thats beat, he shouldnt do that
-

-
If he wants to do it then good luck to him but I doubt its gunna make him money.

what are you talkin bout, sing for the moment was a single in the US
ive seen the video a million times
-
Tight, I always thought that would be a good single.. would for sure push the album diamond, it gotta be more than 9 mill. by now.
-
That'd be too many singles released from Eminem Show.
-
Nelly released 4 singles, Em kan do it too I guess.

What are you talkin about? I saw the song a mill. times on the TRL and others to...
But the Superman track has not been released over here in Europa (at least not over here in Denmark), only on the 8 Mile dvd, as extra material...
-
if he releases a video for anything it should be Til I Collapse

that's just what I thought
-
alright let me clear this up for everyone
without me (lead off single)
cleaning out my closet (second single)
8 mile was released
lose yourself (only eminem single released from it)
superman and sing for the moment were released around the same time and are both considered singles...supermans video was never played in north america but the track is maddd played out on the radio...sing for the moment's video is crazy played and all over the radio as well...
now if business is released which i kind of hope it is...that'll make it the 5th single released off of the eminem show...personally i think he should release soldier or til i collapse after business and ride the eminem show and keep it in the top 100 for two years...rap albums never do that and i think it'd be a cool accomplishment...
think about this...pearl jams first cd TEN had ten songs on it...they released 7 singles...it was voted the best rock album of the 90's and it's hard to argue...so eminem's 5 singles really isn't that much...plus business is better than most of the played out garbage on the radio anyway, so i'm down with it...that's just my opinion, peace.

The most singles I've seen on a hip-hop album was from Jay-Z's Vol. 2...Hard Knock Life.
Before the album came out he had 4 singles/videos from songs on that album. "It's Alright", "Money Ain't A Thing", "Can I Get a..." & "Hard Knock Life", then he released "Nigga What, Nigga Who" with a video then there was a video for "Money, Cash, Hoes".
Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) had a lot too, "Protect Ya Neck" (heard there was a video but have never seen it), "Can It Be All So Simple", "Da Mystery of Chessboxin'", "Method Man" & "C.R.E.A.M."
-
didn't "Ain't Nuthin Ta Fuck Wit" have a video as well?
peace.

Not sure. I haven't seen it. But I think that song was a B-side to one of the singles. I can't remember.
-
"It's Alright",
Can't remember seeing that as a single.. only released to radio in paricular areas then ?

They had a video for that and I saw it on BET quite a bit. It's was the first single for Streets Is Watching OST if I recall correctly.
All of those I listed had videos.

Yes that's a lot of singles but not all were shot in mind for Vol. 2....
"It's Alright", like you said, were the single off the Streets Of Watching OST, then "Money Ain't A Thang" was for Jermaine Dupri's Life in 1492 - The Soundtrack, and "Can I Get A..." was for the Nutty Professor OST.
So, although all those songs were placed on the album, Jay had really only three singles from Vol. 2 - Hard Knock Life, "Hard Knock Life" (Ghetto Anthem), "Jigga What, Jigga Who" and "Money, Cash, Hoes". I'm sure all 6 singles/videos helped promote the album but not all were real singles off of it.
My bad if you already knew this, ;) Peace
-
That's why I worded it properly.
Before the album came out he had 4 singles/videos from songs on that album.
Instead of ...4 singles/videos for that album.
:D
-
Can I Get A... was for the Rush Hour SDTK, not Nutty Professor, peace.
-
If he's going to release another single for the album, he should go out P. Diddy "No Way Out" album style. When it came time to release the fianl sinlge from that album, Diddy made a big money, major cameo, large budget, video mini-movie super epic for the song Victory. Em's got the clout and financial backing at this point to pull off something like that.
-
The Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Californication" album had 5 singles as well (at least. They had videos for these anywayz.)
Around The World
Scar Tissue
Otherside
Californication
Road Trippin'
So no wonder if Eminem releases another single AND a video. The album's getting played out, true that, but it's still a hot album and when writing this it's... No. 41 on the Billboard Top 200.

i think he should drop till i collapse instead, nate dogg always blows up the scene, look at the 50 Cent - 21 Questions, over here in canadian i see that on much music all the time, he could get alot of ppl in his video and nate dizzle in the video itself is just TIGHTTT
