That's a big list. It's a damn shame most of the artists on your list already fell off.
Voted: Nas. Without a doubt. Common is the only one who can come close imo, and he wasn't listed ;D

Since Blueprint Jay-Z has reached best rapper of all time status.
With Blueprint he outshined all of Biggies work. He even made a better album than Illmatic and It was written. Blueprint is perfect.
(Tupac is on a league of it's own you can't compare anyone to him. He is poet. So when I say Jay is the best rapper of all time just keep in mind I'm not talking about Tupac. Tupac is bigger than hiphop. Tupac is comparable to the great painters, poets, writers, philosophers.)

I voted Jay just because his last album, The Black Album, was better than Nas' Streets Disciple, and "Dear Summer" was fire.
