Drake has confirmed his upcoming album Scorpion is, in fact, a double LP. On Thursday (June 28), the OVO Sound boss took to Instagram to share the project’s official tracklist.
Boasting 12 songs on the A Side and 13 on the B Side, the 25-track album includes previously released singles “God’s Plan,” “I’m Upset” and “Nice For What.” It’s executive produced by longtime collaborator Noah “40” Shebib and Oliver El-Khatib.

Should begin hearing this within the next 10 minutes.
Honestly think Drake has zero classic albums & I doubt this one will be. However, for some reason I have faith that this will be his second best album to Thank Me Later.
Let y'all know in a little bit lol.

Nvm. Average ass album.
-
Did anyone else notice Talk Up with Jay-Z is literally a tagged beat? Both him and Jay are rapping over DJ Paul DJ tags.

link we need fam!

I didn't hear it yet but I bet that was a condition DJ Paul made, and I do not blame him lol he's gonna get nice residuals and referrals off that one

If he did good for him, but it sounds like they tried muting the tags (Multiple tags through out the song) but couldn't. Lol. And yeah, the exposure off that will be very nice.

Went from "average" to "trash".

I revisited this album today, just to truly see how I feel about it. It shows why Drake has never had a classic, he's a singles based artist who makes a lot of trash music, but something will be good enough to play on the radio. But yeah, this album was boring as hell.
-
Drake just never grew as an artist. He's remakes the same songs with the same messages. He's been carried by massive singles for years & years now. But we can't put it together for an entire album.
-
If you want to give him a classic, So Far Gone, which is his mixtape, might be the closest.
-
I always liked Thank Me Later. Just think that it has too much filler in between the dopeness.
Drake caught a break & pretty much inherited all of Wayne's fan when he fell into oblivion & any female Nicki Minaj fan is going to ride for Drake. Literally two of the top 5-6 most popular acts in music in the last 10-12 years. Then factor in his own fan base, factor in his female attracting, but still male bumping hits & pretty much faking being Jamaican-Canadian the last few years, he's just a product of the industry.
-
this had maybe 6-7 good songs out of 25 but let's not disregard the fact the credit still goes to all his writers

I like it - 3rd or 4th best album from him.
1) nothing was the same
2) so far gone/thank me later ( the version with nipsey song)
3)If you reading this, its to late
4) Scorpion or Take care

He just can't stop making filler. Drake is a much better "playlist" rapper.

I listened to this twice when it came out. Haven't heard a song since.

I didnt like it at first but now after 5/6 listenS I think it's cool but as a mainstream level but it's definitely not his best work but better than his previous 2 releases
