this is seriously fucked... i have been sleeping fuck all past 3 days, 2 nights ago i got 7 hours, was happy with that... i went to sleep todat at 9am, it's 1.30 i cant sleep anymore... so i walked downstairs and sat on the computer now i need to sleep, but i know i cant !!! THIS IS BULLSHIT !

Same shit happens to me sometimes. The more I sleep, the more tired I get. My best bet would be to balance it out. Try to get a decent night's worth of sleep, nothing over 6-8 hours.

the time difference between kuwait and canada is 8 hrs ,my sleep is fucked up now,everytime i get to go out i sleep in my friends car

I always fuck my schedule up. Instead of napping 40 minutes, i sleep 3 hours. Then I cant go to sleep until 5am.

same here right now its 2:10 i have to wake up at 7 to go to work at 8am till 10 pm

yeah some people dont need much... i dont function proper with less than 7 hours.. now i'm tired as fuck, but sleeping will only do damage now, so fuck it...
