Got da album and its good. TF & Traffic was on ScHoolboy Q's album Blank Face with da track Tookie Knows II

Jay Worthy is one of the few artists from the west that's consistently putting out good music. Do Somethin' with the De La Soul sample is for sure the highlight.

I got this album from Qobuz in FLAC. They're selling a 24 bit Hi-Res version of it but it's nothing better than CD quality.
