does anybody know how to put a video in your ipod . the video is from realplayer

im not sure how to process a realplayer or windows media video. but if you can get it in mpeg/avi form you can pretty easily find a program on the internet that will process it to mpeg-4, which is the format of video that it needs to be in order to be played on an ipod.
