i think he said somethin that bishop was begging warren for a nate track, so he gave it to him.
interesting that bishop is now going to put this on his mixtape. seems like aftermath dont have any interest in putting out a bishop album for a very long time, if at all, so he's getting desparate, and using the nate dogg track on a mixtape to make some hype for himself, hoping that aftermath will reconsider putting him on the backburner permanently.

Could be. Or maybe the track just isn't as good as he wanted it. Maybe it wouldn't have fit in with the sound of the Reformation now. I mmean Bishops worked on 100s of tracks so maybe there's 20 tracks hes feels are better. But yer he did need to drop this mixtape cause we've had little form him recently.

its obvious the guy is dropped from aftermath. he hasnt worked in ages with dre, and there's been no news of him workin on detox in a long ass time.
there's been tonnes of reports by insiders floating on the net, that he's been dropped from the label. he has vehemently denied these claims, but has had no proof to back it up, so there is just about as much credibility that he's not the label, as there is that he is on the label. i'm leaning more towards him not being on the math any longer.
thats why he's dropping all his material now on these mixtapes. they were songs that he was working on for his album, especially the warren g and nate dogg track produceed by warren. that was supposed to be on his album.

first it was one that he gave to bishop lamont for his album, and now givin "100 miles & runnin" to raekwon. luckily it didnt end up happenin. maybe raekwon wasnt goin to use it for his album, so warren decided to use it for himself. warren needs to quit givin away those nate hooks to other artists. it sounds like warren is desperate, and is givin his prized possesions to other artists in order to get on their albums. warren's got no shame. nate might not be able to record any new hooks ever again because of his condition, and warren wants to waste them few unheard nate hooks on other peoples albums. real fukkin shame. nate recorded those hooks for warren and not bishop lamont, jay z or eminem, ffs!
this is a hoe move by bishop, but i wouldnt expect anything less from him.
he's angry coz he aint blowin up like game did on the math , so dre will most probably drop him off the math, so he resorts to these low ass tactics in order to create some buzz, but it will fail. that shyt dont work with dre, and thats why game got shifted from the math to geffen. interscope aint that stupid to drop game completely, coz he's huge now, but bishop hasnt even released an album, so they will drop him quicker than flies to shyt.
if snoop decides to take this to wax, he will murder bishops career before it has even started.

as for the ass-wipe who made the 'desperate' comment on the "who i gotta kill to get a record deal" mix-tape cover & title. if you had any of your assumptions straight you'd know that, that is the same tape Big Proof helped Bishop pass-out, that eventually ended up in Dre's hands which inevitably lead to the Good Doctors signing of B. Lamont. make sure you get your historical chronology in order b4 you start making yourself out to be a COMPLETE ASS! :o so NO it's not the sign of Bishop's desperation, it is in fact the clever genius that garnered the attention of Dr. Dre.

I like the I'm Ill beat. The guitar is nice. The sample is clearly appealing to the causal popular fan but that's not necessary bad ... nor good. I do agree with Paul though the lyrics are nice.

I'm with ya there bro, I'm not hating on him for trying something different, but I don't think it'll be my thing. I'd rather hear him murk these beats in the same way as he usually does. He could of done a political album without the accents, hopefully we'll get some normal songs on there as well...

Bishop never fell off, if anything he stepped his game up, it's these new shitty beats he's rapping on (not the one's for this tape, the ones with Drama beats and some other shitty producers, Drama beats fuckin sucks!) and that corny ass flow he's doin here. BUT, as stated by Bishop a thousand times, this is just for comedy purposes, don't take this shit serious. But that leads to the same old argument of "why ruin these damn good beats?!?", which I would agree with. We know Bishop has an amazing beat selection, just look at his past street albums, but this tape will be all wasted instrumentals. Comedy is one thing, but nobody wants to hear that from Bishop, when we know he can bring serious HEAT to the table and is arguably one of the best on the west right now.
As for his label situation, I feel bad for him, it's obvious he's getting the Hittman/Beast/etc. treatment. He's most likely still signed, but obviously no one really cares for him anymore (as stated by 50, and he is right). This will all eventually lead to his departure IMO within the next year or so. Whether he leaves on his own (doubt it) or gets the official boot, he won't remain on Aftermath. After hearing that 50 Cent interview, that is the nail in the coffin for me still having hopes for Bishop on Aftermath. And for those who didn't see, 50 basically put him in the group of people (Hittman, Truth Hurts, Stat Quo) that Dre just couldn't get to that next level and gave up on.

It's a fun, comical and ignorant satire purposely done to entertain people like the movie did. It was not made to express "westcoast gangsta" rap nor is it made to show "classic Hip Hop" prowess or "street" storrytelling. It's pure sillyness and ignorance which he is giving fans for free to hold them over 'till DETOX and "The Reformation". The only reason people (including 50 Cent) thinks Dre ain't fuckin' with him right now is because Dre is finishing up his own album as well as Em's "Relapse 2". Bishop has already contributed enormously to DETOX so he's focusing on his street albums and self promo. Interscope doesn't want Bishop unleashed to the world 'till DETOX drops. Period.

I understand the satire and I enjoy it but damn does his vocals on Money On My Head get on my nerves. On other hand I enjoy the lead single. Once i have the final product we can make a better judgement of this project. To his credit old boy ain't afraid of a box.
Dropped or not drop, it shouldn't matter whether you like his music.
