Dope Battle I thought it was a draw personally. WHAT'S Y'ALL THOUGHTS?
-
This was the best Verzuz battle to date in terms of setup (Apple Music live streaming), artist choice and overall execution.
The intermission/break was dope. The icing on the cake was Snoop kicking freestyles at the end.
I feel Snoop won 14 and DMX won 6.
I hope we see T.I. against 50.

coke is bad aight?
dmx looks like he ate somebody...

He did have a nice joke in the mix though “take our shirts off we’ll look like the #10”
Anyway.. good vibes real hip hop my homies I really enjoyed smokin a spliff and blazing to these classics “4,3,2,1” “Slippin”—but got to give it to Snoop hands down but shit was way live..
Bless... Infinite has spoken from da heavenz for high minds, peasants, and Saturnaliens... while they makin scams gods makin plans!!

Lol the whole world is talking about this and there’s only 4 replies here. I love DMX he’s probably one of the most raw rappers ever but Snoop won this

the "Pump Pump" beat received the remix treatment. It's on another level :o

I have it the other way around DMX in his prime would had murdered Snoop.
DMX vs Snoop cd's - DMX hands down has the better catalog to me, not even a close call.
But personality matters a lot to me i pref rappers like DMX, Casanova, Pac, Game over Snoop, Lil Pump, flo rida and other feel good music artists. Its been weird to see Snoop evolve over the years from Murder was the case to cooking shows and hilarious animal shows. Snoop has a lot of charisma and acting skills.
Doggystyle, Chronic, Above the rim, murder was the case, & doggfood was fucking amazing tho was my favorite Snoop period.
I like both artists tho. Snoop won the battle to me.

A remix done well, wonder who hooked that up for Snoop?
-
Since this battle i been listening to DMX non stop - his first 5 albums is crasy.
Sends Chills... how much he can make a song bleed when he wants to.
Damn hope DMX will be back in shape to make more than one verse before having to sit down to catch his breath again.

They're not comparable in my opinion. Snoop came, what, 6 years prior to X? They also have totally different styles. Snoop has a far larger catalogue, too.
I prefer Snoop because Doggfather is one of my fav albums. I always felt DMX's projects had some filler.

Check this out if you haven't heard it from 2012. Love this song.

Yea its a cool song - Youtube aint really working in Denmark atm. Legal battles between Koda and Google. Koda wants artists to get paid, Google wants google to get paid =)

It was a dope battle
I don't think there really ever is a winner with Verzuz
DMX made my heart break when he was talkin bout bein 13 and fuck I felt it when he said WRITE YOUR PAIN!
Glad X could get some spotlight for all the right reasons

That’s not how coke works. He’s fat now because he’s off the drugs.

Round 21:

Dr. Dre: The Next Episode [ft. Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, Kurupt] (2001)
DMX was really bad at matching up his songs to Snoop’s. He wasted some of his best songs (Get At Me Dog, What’s My Name, etc.) against Snoop songs that were gonna win no matter what.
Snoop was way smarter with it, playing Nuthin But A G Thang when he played Ruff Ryders Anthem and playing Next Episode against Where The Hood At.
