The "chitty chity bang bang nothing but a crip thang" sounds like something Warren G would say.  But I really have no idea.

^ there is a line like that on warren g song.. but it sounds like an interpolation of what this guys saying... i noticed that when i had a look... i only found this line quote on lots of crip reppin homepages
