lol @ this site's lack of baseball fans. Cali fans are so fair weather.

It definitely deserves credit & at the very least a thread on Dubcc lol...but homeruns all together in baseball have been tainted. It doesn't have that aura it once had.
I remember A-Rod's 600th homerun. HUGE deal in the media. I went to a game like a week before he hit it when he was stuck on 599. Every pitch, 10,000 camera flashes & a deep unified exhale from the crowd.
I get this is a less exclusive club than 600, but still...just doesn't matter anymore.
Congrats to Pujols though.

Forget Pujols, Wrigley Field's 100th Anniversary is more important.

i saw a 2 games at Wrigley
here's a list of who i saw:
Greg Maddux
Sammy Sosa (hit a HR both games)
Aramis Ramirez (hit a HR)
Nosemar GArciapara
Derrek Lee
Moises "Pee Hands" Alou
opponents:
Scott Potsednik
Bill Hall
Lyle Overbay
Chris Capuano
Jeff Bagweell
Craig Biggio
Carlos Beltran
Lance Berkman
Jeff Kent
Ryan Dumpster
Kyle Farnsworthless
I saw 4 should be HOFers those days and a few coulda-beens. Madduxi, Sosa, Bagwell and Biggio. The other group being Beltran, Garciapara, Berkman and Kent. I guess you can call Aramis Ramirez a potential HOFer but I consider him a compiler. Like Eddie George.

Based on your information I'm having trouble figuring out if the opponents you saw were the Brewers, Dodgers or Astros.
I haven't been to Wrigley yet but I do plan on going eventually. I wonder how many people know/knew before today that the ballpark was originally made for the Chicago Feds in the Federal League, a major-ish league that only lasted 2 seasons.

you got 2 out of 3 right lol

LMAO. Houston is a lock. I'd say the Brewers have to be too lol. Whitesox for Scotty? But then why not shout out Big Hurt? Hm. That's a brain fuck lol.
I'm still dying you shouted out Lyle Overbay, Scott Podsednik & Bill Hall.
