If this guy is Tha Row's best producer they are in real trouble.
Like someone said on here his style is like some video game music.
Crooked I's album will be wack with this guy behind the boards.
-
Hmmmm, it's true...he really got some WACK beats but you can't really judge his beats because we haven't heard him THAT much, you know?
But the things we DID hear from him, I have to admit...they aren't exactly tight ::) ::) ::)
I just hope the Crooked I album will be released soon! I care more about the lyrics to be honest (but of course, the beats play a BIG role in the album too)
And oh, by the way, a beat that IS dope from Darren is definitely "Fucwidus", I love that track. It's got that typical WestCoast vibe...
-
its pretty bad when your best beat was on a car commercial(the mitsubishi one)
-
The problem with darren vegas is that he is the headproducer!
And some of his beats are really wack!
But tha row has better producers like Syr Jinx,Monsta O and Jim gettum!
I just hope darren will not produce his whole album!

Yall are ignorant, This guy just didn't pop up out of nowhere, for instance, he did Bizzy Bone's album, "The Gift", and the production on it, is pretty damn good.
-
I'll admit that.
Maybe he should just stick to working with Bizzy then
-
Yeah, maybe.
Also, on that album, SOME of the production did sound techno/video gameish, but that's what made it sound good! Like that one where it sounds like the night Rider theme song, lol where he's talking about sitting in jail reading mail, awesome song. A lot of Vegas' new stuff does sound crappy, but he IS capable of dope beats.
-
he has horrible beats...."smoke" on 2002 was tight...thats it tho
-
nah all his beats on dysfunktionaml family were tight
