Well it's actually produced by "Del Pearson and Lenny Nicholson" as per the credit book, but it's a complete ripoff of the Dr. Pepper commercial beat.  (and I know there's a sample used, but still).  Maybe a lil ghost production there...

Anyways, song is nice.  Check it.

dude i heard that beat a lonngggg time before that dr.pepper commercial. i heard it on skeme's mixtape. skeme of things 2 its a track called cheers and its probably the best one on the mixtape.
