you really think so? I only liked "Music" and "I'm Hot"
the rest is kind of trash in my opinion
Chilltown, New York >>> Music (The Album)

I really dig the whole vibe of the album, it's very funky. Sermon is a poor MC though, no denying that.
-
nah sermon is good on the mic. no keith murray but very distinctive and a funky flow. epmd wouldn't be very good if e-dub was a 'poor mc'.
-
Poor was a little bit too harsh, average would be better. Sort of like Quik.
-
quik is a bit better than average imo. soley because of the loyal to the game remix
-
i aint gonna lie i'd rather listen to biggie or keith murray any day of the week but producer mc combos normally make great album material regardless of their rhyming ability just because of that understanding of how a record sounds as a whole. that's just as important as spitting dope rhymes. if it was all about rhyming crooked i might have more luck

Of course. That's why I said that I like this album, as most of the Quik and E. Dub LP's.
