First listen i liked it nothing too special nothing too gay

"Front Back" ft. UGK, "Stand Up Guy", "BankHead" ft. P$C, Young G., "What You Know" and the last verse in "Im Talking To You" are dope. In "Im Talking To You" sounds like T.I is subliminiling giving it to Luda.

"Get It", "Ride With Me", "Im Straight" ft. Young Jeezy, B.G., "Goodlife" ft. Common, Pharrell, "Living In The Sky" ft. Jamie Foxx are nothing too special.

The remaining 7 songs are skippables

Notables:

"UnderTaker" ft. Young Buck, Young Dro.
Sounds like Buck takes shots at Game

"The Undertaker is coming anyday for this nigga
They hate him in the hood for the dreams he be selling
I read the paper work it seems you was telling
You know what it is, You know who im talking bout..
..What you scared fo? Niggaz know you been a hoe
It's like homie Suge was all good just a week ago..."

First listen completed , cd is aight , I like T.I flow , I'd would like to see him spitting on more laid-back beats (that song with Quik was  :o) coz I can't stand these South beats for the most part... but since That's where he comes from....

peep the advance bootleg version, a lot of those beats on there are laid back.  I'm gonna go bump this in my car today and give it a good listen.

Edit my above post

T.I is subliminily giving it to Lil Wayne and LIl Flip
in one of his verses in "Im Talking To You" he actually states that him and Cris sat down and made up

i thought this shit was a 3.5/5, the beats could use some work, but his flow is sicc and some of the lyrics are koo, good features

I've gave two run throughs, one on my comp and another in my car... So far I'm satisfied. "Talkin' To You" is beyond nuts. Jus Blaze KILLED that shit and T.I. murdered the flow.

Hey, can anyone hook me up with Track 1 ("King Back")?  For some reason, the version I dled doesn't have it.

As far as my impressions, I didn't expect a whole lot, and this album met but didn't really exceed my expectations.  It pretty much falls into a T.I. comfort zone at this point - solid beats, T.I.'s slurry conversational flow and A-list arrogance, a couple potential hits like "What You Know" and maybe "Live In The Sky", not much else.  A lot of formulaic songs - like "Get It", which Swizz Beatz produced and is a clear half-assed rehash of "Bring Em Out", except it's so obvious that it's hard to like.  I can't see this album really moving T.I. forward and establishing him as the "King of the South" for real, but it should satisfy his fans and sell reasonably well.  Just not a lot else...T.I. has unfulfilled potential, so hopefully he can come up with something better in the future.

"UnderTaker" ft. Young Buck, Young Dro.
Sounds like Buck takes shots at Game

"The Undertaker is coming anyday for this nigga

I read the paper work it seems you was telling
You know what it is, You know who im talking bout..
..What you scared fo? Niggaz know you been a hoe
It's like homie Suge was all good just a week ago..."

Yeah, probably aimed at Game, but he doesn't say "Suge", he says "Shit".. lol
But he also says "When the feds came, I didn't open up my mouth, what you scared fo?". Would like to know what this is all about. :eh:

I really liked it.  "Front Back" is growin on me every time, at first I was opposed to a remake, but this sounds like a good update of the OG.

Nice album!

I'm Straight is HOT
Jeezy kills it

"Snowman bitch, I ride two-seaters
It's a cold world, so I keep two heaters
I'm straight, u betta aks somebody
Matter fact nigga u can just aks me
A little over aggressive, yeah I just might be
But half the niggaz in the hood just like me
U wonder why a nigga talk eight balls all day?
U should try standin around wit eight balls all day
Somebody pray for me, I don't know nothin' else
Why should I help u, when u ain't tryin to help urself
I came in this game, fresh out the streets
Who u kiddin nigga, I put my life on these beats
Fuck bein broke, this a reality check
While u mad at ya girl, ya betta check reality
Gotta crawl fore u walk, u gotta think before u talk
Damn right they gon hate, cus dem niggaz aren't straight"
