I didnt care for it at all.I thought it was boring as hell. But to each his own.It sounded like 808s and heartbreaks part two.

I voted for Brother Ali. He makes quality music, always, and "Us" is his dopest album.
OBFCL2 could be it, but its dossent grow on me the way that "us" do.. Brother Ali realy makes you listen and he has great lyrics, plus he seems to be very good in picking beats who fits his flow/voice..

But where is cunninlyngiust - Strange journy vol 1?? thats a dope album too, should at least be votable...

You've made this thread way to early. There's still about another 6 weeks worth of releases left and there's stil some high profile releases in there.

IMO Slaughter House.

Relapse was fucked up with accents

Lost sessions contain a variety of filler/unfinished/unproper mixed shit.

Chronic Re-Lit was fucked up by the mixing on the back end apparently.

So far Slaughter House, despite the debacle of the One single deal, has kept lyricism in good detail with dope beats.

so Slaughter House, even if its just gangsta pandering.

EDIT: Neither is Blaq Poets, M.O.P., Masta Ace & Edo G or U-God's albums.  :-[

for me it was between Brother Ali & Slaughterhouse, im more of a fan of Slaughterhouse than B A but Ali's album was just something else and i couldn't go past that. Im still yet to listen to the entire Raekwon album only a few tracks deep. But i dont think it would top Brother Ali
