This is Daz best album since Dogg Pound Gangsta LP - I give it 4/5 after first listen. Tear Drops and The Baddest Bitch are my personal favourites on the album..
If someone wants the album - PM me and I'll send you a link for it incase you haven't find it yet :)
-
Can someone send a link please?
Got it. Thanks to those who came through.

Daz delivered.
Cool album, Laid back "Smoke a fat ass joint to music"
(That's my second +1 bro... I still owe ya 3 more)
;)
-

Yeah, the production on this album is great. Must be the first Daz album with no shitty tracks for many years.

I told yall back in April this was gonna be heat, but Daz really shoulda kept some of those cut tracks and instead cut the ones like the Strip Club joint to keep with the theme of the album. But ya, great album, best Daz disc in YEARS.
-
Pm the link ;) or maybe it can be found on Rapgodfathers.com ???
-
I told yall back in April this was gonna be heat, but Daz really shoulda kept some of those cut tracks
Did he actually leak some of them or were they just "tracklist tracks".
-
His best album since "So So Gangsta". 8)
-
They were part of the tracklist up until not too long ago so I dont know why he took em off. Had a chance to hear em and they fit in perfectly with the others. 4 Tracks he took off, and i think he might of changed the names of 1 or 2 of em.
-
Told ya'll it's a good record.
-
Took a listen, I liked several songs it had to offer. ;D I'm not complaining, dope album. 3.5/5 8) Solid.
-
Alright, I took a full listen, here's what I can conclude after comparing this to the original version:
01 - Streetz Most Wanted (CUT)
02 - You Let Me Down (I think there was an intro added, not 100% sure)
03 - Tell Me What You Got (Fixed up the drums, added a few more effects. Sounds way better)
04 - Life Stagez (Removed the guitar solo outro, may have removed a few effects)
05 - Nuthin'z Gonna Stop Me (I think there was an intro added, not 100% sure)
06 - U're 2nd II None (Just a very minor name change, probably to make it more simple)
07 - Tear Drops (Some of the background effects & drums seem to be louder and the sampled hook is a lot quieter.
08 - In My Neighborhood (No Changes)
09 - Munchiez 4 Ya Love (Drums sound a bit different and i think Daz added more vocals, but also not 100 on that though)
10 - My #1 Gyrl (No Changes)
11 - Why Can't U See (Name changed to "Tha Baddest Bitch", I think there was an intro added, not 100% sure on that)
12 - Let's Git N 2 Somethin' (CUT, GREAT track)
13 - Meet Me @ Tha Strip Club (Removed a whole minute of the instrumental at the end)
14 - Metro PCS (CUT, reasonably so...over a year old)
15 - Don't Slip (Name changed to "Public Enemiez", but no changes to the track)
16 - Public Enemiez (CUT, but the name was given to Don't Slip)
-
some one hook it up with a link
-
Can someone throw up the cut track's?
-
A link would be appreciated 8)

LOL, at the end of the "What u got now" track. The reporter says Suge was getting whooped on so bad, that the police had to taser his attackers to get them off of Suge.
Daz is going to cause Suge to hold a grenade and throw the pin, one day :'(

http://www.amazon.com/Public-Enemiez-Explicit/dp/B002K8H1CK/
The other songs might be bonus tracks on the retail release..
-

You gonna get banned for doin' that. Daz will be cryin' to Nima soon :D
-
You got a link?

Support the artist you bloodsuckers, so we don't have to settle for crappy artists like Soulja Bo in the future. If you don't have the money, then you're probably a fat virgin living in your mama's basement and what you NEED to do is re-evaluate your life!
-
I still have to give the project an in-depth listen, but from what I've heard so far, I'm really digging it.
Good work, Daz!
-
No stand out tracks after first listen. Will see if it changes.
-
daz should still be capable of dropping a really good album again. this aint really it, but its certainly not bad. some nice moments in production and daz meshing in well with the laid back beats. i think the slow tempo stuff was a little bit over-done, would have liked to have heard a couple more upbeat cuts.
on a first listen the most enjoyable track was probably 'my #1 girl' 8)
-
Anybody got a Liiiink, Daz ON his shit plus dat new Dogg Pound banga with hi-tek cold...
-
hit the link in my sig if you need it still.
nima wasnt bullshittin daz came through the album is smooth and cohesive for the most part.
-
Good summertime music thank u DAZ DILLY!
-
nice solid album.
will wait for a hard copy of the album
-
i don't really understand the praising :eh:

Been really enjoying this all today
Only track i dont like is that strip club song, better if it was replaced by a summertime track, and a little less screwed up voices
-

Hmmmmmm didnt know this came out ???
Iam skeptical when it comes to Daz now in days
Is this anywhere close to at least R.A.W or Dillinger and Young Gotti ???
I didnt really like the Dogg Pound Gangsta Lp at all

nope
-
u didnt like DPG LP. that cd is cool and nice to ride to. this album is similar to that but i stil take DPGLP over this new one
-
naaaawww man. this album isn't nearly similar to Dogg Pound Gangsta LP. Dogg Pound Gangsta LP has more creativity and funk in it. That albums was after RRG and RAW Daz best album.
Public Enemiez tells me that Daz should retire from Rap! :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
I mean look at his glance... this is not the thing he can really do. he owns a lot of creativity but he doesn't use it.
Daz is really fucked up! Nobody wants some production by Daz like in 97 - 2000. he only produce for him self and some wack ass new dogg pound album about eating dicks and shit....
and ths fucking low voice is really annoying
analyse his videos... he makes some videos in amsterdam with two different camera angels.. wtf???????
there is no hate.. it's all about the music. i listen to dpg for ten years now and have bought many albums but this is...... :-[
-
can a homie hook me up with a link please?

i hate to be another begger but i cannot find this album ANYWHERE! would someone be willing to hook it up with a link via private message???? please
thanks in advance
-
Pleasantly surprised to say the least,,real laid back shit
baddest bitch is probably my favorite,,nice job Daz 8)
-
Favorite song on this album is #1 Girl. Does anyone know who produced what and who was the co-producer for some?
-

based on some of the better tracks daz has been dropping over the past few years. it's always the case, but you could definitely make a really good lp from cutting up his last 3/4 albums. maybe not gangsta crunk though ;D
i give him credit for actually releasing music. people think the west coast needs fresh stars and it does, but from quik and kurupt, to daz, to ice cube, its only the vets that have actually dropped anything in recent times. you can only wait so long for these 'new' dudes to put out music and now its beyond ridicolous. where are glasses malone and bishop lamont's albums?
-
Going to pop this in and bump it for a bit and drop my cents in a few
-
Imma Chi-town nigga, and Imma say it my favorite track is Munchies for your Love. That joint sound like the classic Chitown sound I grew up on. Every now and then Daz get that rapid Midwest flow. If you reading this Daz, hook up wit Twista for the remix. That shit will get much play out here in Chi! 8)

right, as if Daz can stick to one musical direction for the whole album
sure, you can make your own Daz album, but you can do the same with Snoop Dogg, by picking songs from his last 4 albums, but that doesn't mean he can make a great soloalbum.
anyway, i see your point about releasing music, but the thing is with most people on here, they only listen to a few artists.
that's cool, except for the fact that they are usually the ones that complain about the state of hiphop.
-
why cant i find tihs album on amazon? can somebody pm link of this album please?
cant find it on amazon
-

Yeah, true that. I hope the same shit don't happen with Nipsey Hu$$le.

Nice, lookin' forward to your review homie.

WTF!! :'(

After a couple of listens I enjoy it. I don't think it is on a level of DPG LP or even SSG but it is a upgrade slightly from Only On The Left Side. I can definitely hear Daz taking his time on tracks and songs having direction and a concept to them. Life Stagez is dope and Tell Me What You Got also. Those are still my favs even since they were dropped.
I read alot of opinions on DPGC at this stage of their careers and for me I do not expect anything from them. I know I am not going to get some DR shit, I might get a DPGC member feature here and there. As long as they are making music that I can enjoy, I am satisfied. I really believe that they make better music together then apart. Wu Tang for the most part when they do solo projects do not do them on their own. Not to say you want a compilation of songs with 8 MCs on every song, but for DPGC when they collabo it works.
Maybe it is just me thinking this, but the Ivan Johnson/Daz combo has lost some quality and momentum a lil bit with the production since Same Day Different Shit. At times the tracks just do not knock like a typical Daz track or one he does with Soopafly. I understand the more mellow tone of this album but at times the beats sound very hollow and basic. When Daz teams with Soopa or Fred Wreck for example, the beats are layered better and the bass is THUMPING. Next album I would not mind seeing some DPGC collabos on it, but overall, this is a solid, more focused project from Daz.
-
My only complain is the sound quality of the acappella on "Tear Drops".
-

Just take the audio from the video version then, it's the original and way better.
-
is it just me or does 'tell me what you got' got faaaar too much boomy bass. ends up sounding like a fast crunk track and not a west coast banger.
-
Daz surprised me on this one...the album is pretty dope.
-
