On a serious note, thats really bad advice ::). Even someone like me who was a shy kid(before snapping out of that) and is now way out of touch with ladies(dosent like old bitchez, drinks too much,geeky hobbies. didnt out grow hip hop, dosent dance, etc) knows that this is really bad advice.
