Title: Song that samples MJ "Rock With You"

A few years ago I heard a west coast rap song by some guy and its sampled this beat. But, I can't remember or find it now.  Any one have any guesses who the artist is?  It's probably older than a few years, maybe 10 or more.  Any help?

Hmmm, none of those. I think it was a 1 syllable name, maybe started with a q?
