Think about how often an average person goes through ups and downs in their faith, and how often they question and agonize over aspects of their faith.
But your average Imam or Preacher or Rabbia or Yogi or whatever, has to always appear to be in a state of high faith and certainty?
So ya'll think they fake a lot, and that livin up to others expectations could encircle them in an identity trap?
-
Well I know the Catholics no. The Priests I mean. I think they should allow them to get married becuz they only human. And they question their faith, by fuckin' wit lil boys and messin' with prostitutes. That's not practicing what you preach.
Ministers, Preachers, whatever, hell no. They have done madd dirt before in they lifes. They preach everyday but feel the faith only on Sunday.
-
Fuck the pope. i was watchin some shit about how some of these preachers or ministers whatever have luxury cars, mansion, even go as far as helicopter. why does a preacher need shit like that. To me a preacher supposed to be living a humble life. you know like that nigga on that show 7th heaven, you aint supposed to be blinged out and shit when you got poor niggas out on the street. you got churches with gold roofs and color painting window. shits a joke to me you know. so a lot of religou leaders are on some fake shit especially the pope. catholicism the most shadiest to me
-
Like they say, the nearer the church, the farther from God.
-
Organized religion is all about control masquerading as something else. They're all some fake motherfuckers.
-
A large amount of the ministers don't even believe in God. True story.

I find that many Irish-Catholics in Northern Ireland are trustworthy revolutionary soldiers. They lived under a quasi-apartheid system for many years and have realized the need to overthrow the WASP and Jew World Orders that are destroying us. So I do stand behind the IRA and INLA.

i dont know anything about that situation over there.

i dont know anything about that situation over there.
Basically, the Protestants hate the Catholics and have kept them poor and unemployed for years because they disagree with each other over Northern Ireland's status in the U.K., and the British government let them do it. It's very often compared to the situation in South Africa. But the freedom fighters of the Provisional IRA rose against the evil WASP establishment and fought to overthrow this apartheid system and create a socialist Ireland.

No, just Northern Irish Catholics.

There really is no need for a religious leader if you ask me, considering you can communicate directly with God(s) through many religions.
-
I'm almost certain that ALL religious leaders are constantly faking a lot. I think the guys at the top are the guys who know their shit is fake, but they stand to gain a lot from people thinking its real. You might say acting is their profession.

I think you're looking at the wrong religous leaders. Of cousre I've been telling you that for years, but whatever. If you go talk to some asshole on television, yeah they're probably faking all the time but a truly great religious leader talks about their shortcomings and their struggle to believe and accept teachings and how they themselves are doubters. Check out a local pastor near your home or something, you'll see how authentic many of them are. Check out T.D.Jakes, he's awesome. I'm sure there's similar muslim leaders, if they're allowed to profess doubt.

LOL, didn't you convert to mormonism? I don't think you should be allowed to give anyone advice on their religious beliefs.
-
Yes, I converted to "Mormonism". Assholes like you don't get the right to tell me what I'm allowed to do, bitch. This is America. I am allowed to say whatever I want.
When have I ever told you you're not allowed to do something? You are an intolerant bigot. I feel you're entitled to be an idiot if you want; but when I say something, you think I should be silenced. I should not have the right to speak. I should be made to go away.
I'm not going anywhere. I will say what I want. You will continue to read it, because you know what I say holds weight.
-
^^ As long as you don't try to convert people almost 24/7 like a lot of mormons do, I don't have a problem with you.
I just wanted to say that :)

Basically, it's just that your messages keep appearing between the posts of the sane people here.

If you have a problem with somebody asking you questions, you are weak. You are the one with a problem if you cannot say no, or cannot explain why you have a problem with a religion, or why you don't want to be pitched to. If somebody comes up and you hide from them so they won't talk to you about converting, then you don't have a good reason NOT to convert.
If a mormon comes up to you and starts talking about religion and you don't want to hear it, be a man about it and tell them you're not interested in talking about their religion. How hard is that?
