I think there is a difference in calling someone a 'retard' and talking shit about someones retarded sister (thats just cruel, and deserves a broken jaw)
Call me a retard thats fine, but i do have a cousin that is 'mentally challenged' and if someone talk shit about her to my face id flip out, but just calling people that act stupid or something retard thats fine with me
