damn I was just bumping Method Man joints and stumbled back across this one. I didn't even go nuts about this one back in the day, I remember they played it all the time. Holy Shit this joint is hot. You got Meth and Red tradin bars on the hook, Red got some ill magician thing goin on in the video, Canibus droppin crazy rhymes like "Snatch your crown with your head still attatched", even Master P in his prime comes all the way from down South and roccs a Bronco's jersey... Jesus Christ this video is fuccin blazin!! Not to mention the whole beef that was sparked over all this...
Has hip-hop gotten so wack or what? This shit is like mind-blowing today but back then it was just another dope video.

LOl you ain't mention LL.

this post would be acceptable if it were still 1998

Are you really asking or just vomiting your wack opinion like usual?

Actually I'm not that big on going back to 98, after all, Pac would still be dead and Suge in prison.

big pun and big l were alive
Pun and L were both extremely talented and dope, but there is a lot more to being a great rapper than spittin ill lines and metaphors. I mean I could just take a random Pac song like "Hellrazor" (that wouldn't have even been released had he lived) and it's better than anything those two ever did.

well Hellraiser (the og, produced by Stretch, not the QD3 remix) is a personal favorite song
but i'll still disagree.
