Title: "Second Rounds On Me" by Obie Trice second opinion
Post by: Layeth THe Smacketh Down on December 15, 2006, 10:16:15 PM: It seems a lot of people think this album sucks, and I agreed after the first time I listened to it. But after listening to it a second time, I found a couple of tracks that I do like, such as

Ballad Of Obie Trice
Jamaican Girl
Kill Me A Mutha
Cry Now
Mama
There They Go

And Obie Story is a great song. Does anybody else care for this album? It's not close to being as good as Cheers, but it still has some good songs on the album.

Yea I wouldn't say it's anything amazing but it's a solid album IMO.

Co-sign, both Banks and Obies 2nd albums are way better than their first. Its more "them" if you know what I mean.

Really liked the "dark" feeling it had to it. to the guy who said Banks' 2nd is better, not IMO, his lyrics were a few notches worse then they were the 1st time around.

only truth spoken in this thread.........these niggaz can try and be mo natural all they want, aslong as they aint puttin out dope music, it dont matter....this is a garbage album, a couple of nice tracks but overall, wack.........cheers was twice the album this was and that was a weak album to imo
