He just doesnt seem to have any real passion for the game. I know its hard to tell that sometimes cus there are so many different personalities. But its not like his skills disappear when he plays bad, its more like he isnt INTO the game. Wierd.

This is a lack of focus , Lamar is a chill out/relax dude who has trouble to be serious about the game when you have to be 10 more times focused , agressive .. Oh don't get me wrong, I get as frustrated as anybody else when Odom goes on auto-pilot mode and just cruises through games.
But what's equally frustrating is when Odom goes berserk and fans go "Oh shit I love Odom what a baller!" and then he has a quiet game and the exact same people go "OMG trade him!"

Not even close...Odom is just a dude who prefers to look for his teammates before he looks for his own shot. He's always been known as a passive player, which is the biggest knock on him. He's got the game and the passion, for sure, he just lack a certain aggression.
